Project Overview
Design & build of a new Travelodge hotel comprising of 104 bedrooms including full fit out of all bedrooms, back of house, kitchens, reception and communal areas.
This extremely constrained site was bounded on three sides by pedestrian access which was required to be maintained at all times and on the fourth side by Greenwich Railway Station
Scope of Works
- 5 storey timber framed construction
- Bio-diverse and single ply membrane roofs including fall arrest systems
- Aluminium windows and doors
- Full mechanical, electrical and plumbing installation
- Installation of fire protection and security systems
- Installation of 2 lifts
- Insulated render elevations
- Metal cladding to elevations
- Brickwork cladding to elevations
- Drylining, ceilings and skimming
- Full decoration
- Full FF&E to 104 bedrooms
- Full fit out of back of house, reception, café, kitchens and communal areas
- External works package including hard and soft landscaping
