Construction of six detached houses and 3 houses in a terrace along, each with a garage or car port, along with landscaping and communal lighting
Scope of Works
- Demolition of existing farm buildings
- Remediation of ground, including asbestos removal
- Full construction package including structure, fit out, full M&E package and flooring
- Landscaping, drainage and electrical works to form communal external area
- Fit out of security and fire systems
- Provision of full documentation set for each residence
