A challenging fit out project completed in Denmark using local suppliers as well as materials sent from the UK to the client’s specification.
The fit out followed global branding guidelines of a brand known around the world.
One of the client’s core values is built around people and this resonates with us, allowing us to implement this across the workforce as a successful delivery partner for their 40,000 sq ft admin building on a single level.
The area was vast which made it a complicated fit out, having to ensure absolute control during the construction phase.
Scope of Works
- Provision of full management team from UK
- Liaison with and coordination of Danish specialists and materials providers
- Working under the strict design and materials requirements of the tender, including UK specification materials not available in Denmark
- Services scope required a mixture of exposed and concealed high performance requirements connecting and coordinating with the larger site services
- Installation of raised flooring system throughout
- Drywall partitioning installation including high performance acoustic partitions
- Painting and decorating
- Kitchen installations
- FFE provision requirements across the space
